This centerless grinding machine is mainly used for grinding cylindrical parts with a diameter of 40-160 mm, large amount of grinding. It is especially suitable for grinding bearing rings in the bearing industry.
I. Structural Characteristics and Performance of Machine Tools
1. The grinding wheel’s spindle bearing adopts a long five-piece hydrodynamic oil film bearing, with large bearing capacity, good rigidity and stable rotation.
2. The guide wheel can rotate at a small angle in the horizontal plane. When grinding tapered parts with small taper, the grinding wheel does not need to be trimmed to taper.
3. The longitudinal movement of grinding wheel’s trimming machine and guide wheel’s trimming machine adopts hydraulic transmission, in uniform speed.
4. The transverse feeding mechanism adopts fluorine-containing plastic-coated guide rails and feeding-purpose differential screw rods.
5. The cooling system adopts a large water tank and a large water pump, so that the cooling water can fully dissipate heat, beneficial to grinding efficiency.
