This centerless grinding machine is applicable for centerless through-feed grinding of cylindrical part, and in-feed grinding of cone and rotary part. It's applicable for mass production. It can also be used for centerless in-feed grinding of cone-shaped parts with conicity no more than 1:20 and the formed rotational parts once the in-feed grinding mechanism is added.

I. Structural Characteristics and Performance of Machine Tools
1. The machine tool is fixed with a grinding wheel frame, and moves through the guide wheel frame；
2. The grinding wheel is of cantilevered structure. The spindle of the grinding wheel adopts multi-piece long bearing bush dynamic-pressure oil film bearing;
3. The guide wheel is of cantilevered structure, and the spindle bearing of the guide wheel is a 1: 30 integral sliding bearing, with large bearing capacity and high precision;
4. The guide wheel frame is fed through dovetail roller guide and feeding-purpose differential screw rod；
5. The machine tool is equipped with cutting mechanism;
6. The mounting surface of the bracket is positioned by T-shaped slot, which enables it move backward and forward and adjusted conveniently.
