I. Structural Characteristics and Performance of Machine Tools
1. The grinding wheel is of cantilevered structure. The spindle of the grinding wheel adopts multi-piece long bearing bush dynamic-pressure oil film bearing;
2. The spindle of guide wheel adopts a double support structure, and the support end adopts a multi-piece bearing bush structure, which is lubricated and cooled by active oil;
3. The transverse feeding mechanism adopts fluorine-containing plastic-coated guide rails and feeding-purpose differential screw rods;
4. The speed change of guide wheel’s spindle adopts the change gear (variable frequency speed adjustment can be designed according to the user's needs).
